About the Texas Creek Ranch Road Association
The goal of the Road Association is to maintain the private road that connects the properties and allows access to lots in Texas Creek Ranch. This also includes maintenance of the easement road, the bridge over Texas Creek, and the gate.

Road info
We plow when we receive at least 8 inches of snow, or upon special request. Keep in mind plowing risks removing roadbase or reshaping the road.

Surfacing
We use roadbase sourced from Seifert in Westcliffe. You may notice the roadbase is a lighter color than most of the surrounding soil. Roadbase provides significant traction during snow, and helps the road maintain it’s shape. If you are sourcing roadbase for your driveway and wish to match the color/roadbase contact the TCRRA board.
